This here is Elesa from Black/White; she's the Nimbasa City Gym Leader, and actually plays a (small) role in the final showdown against Team Plasma! Gen5 gym leaders are the best.

She spends the time she's not using to command her monsters to beat up little kids' pets modeling. She also may or may not be part of Cynthia's possible harem.
