Hello -waves- I'm new here and I bring you Kanako from Maria+Holic. You can call me Sarah or Sheep or some combo of the two. So this is my first time rping Kanako on LJ. (I do rp her in a few games on a different site so) As for where I'm taking her from in the series, it's a combo of the anime and manga. After season 1 of the anime (vol 3/4 of the manga) to what ever the second season is covering. Not like it really matters there isn't a big plot to the series anyway.

Anyway nice to meet you all you can find me over at plurk under sarah_sheep. I should have my first post out today or tomorrow hopefully. I'm kinda busy studying to take the ACT on Wednesday so sorry if I vanish for a day or two.

As of this post, the inhabitants of the Isle of Antikythera have invaded the Gardens. They will be here for the rest of the week, wreaking their mechanical havoc. So what can your characters do about it? They have two different options.

1. Attack and attempt to destroy the robots. This is very possible! They can be damaged beyond repair or dismantled. Some of them will be helpless to defend themselves against such attacks, while others will resist with lethal force. In any case, attacking them will render nearby robots hostile as well.
2. Teach the robots to be less destructive. This is the more complicated option and won't have immediate effects, but as the robots are shown less destructive ways to interact with their surroundings, they will begin to take on those behaviors and spread them to their fellows. Robots will remember those who attempted to reason with them in this way and be friendlier to them: for example, if a character shows a robot how to pluck an apple from a tree instead of felling the tree and slicing all the apples off the branches, the robot will begin to refrain from damaging her things and instead bring her gathered apples as a gift.

By Friday, depending on how the robots have been treated, a pattern of behavior will have spread through the mechanical horde, and they will make a last stand appropriate to their new nature. Until then, players may NPC the robots as necessary within the bounds described above and in the IC post.

This is the closest that this account gets to a smiling icon. I'm being dead serious here. Which means: Please imagine it being a nice greeting smile. But this is Sweden, smiling isn't exactly one of her strenghts. (Okay, most expressions are.) But she is a very nice woman of 22 human years, and she's taken from 1848 so some of her opinions are quite a bit outdated.

One short things to mention: Her face, height (she's quite tall for a woman, especially from her canon: 179 cm or a bit over 6 feet) and the way she holds herself and behaves make her an intimidating, pretty scary appearance. I will try to get this feeling through in tags, but it would be awesome if the part where people think that she's scary actually happened ICly ;u;
