It's Hustino (Azula, Excellen, Etna) bringing in another character due to certain terrible people being terrible: theghost pirate witch detective Mary Sue pervert character Erika Furudo from Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Apparently I can only play incredibly irritating people.
I'd try to explain Erika in a way that makes sense, but I don't think it is within my power. Also, I doubt anyone has that much time on their hands. So, just know that she is utterly insane and uses cruelty and arrogance to mask an extreme insecurity complex and some high-level self-loathing.
