HELLO EVERYONE Sooz here (better known as the mun of notvitiligo) with another not-entirely-human gal. Vitalia here is a sweet, innocent, sheltered ingenue. Also a mad botanist. Also part-axolotl and part-octopus (though that part's usually covered up). She... probably won't be a danger to anyone, but she will certainly be occasionally unhinged and probably do awful things to plants.

I won't be posting her in until I've got actual icons and all, but I figured I'd let everyone know what they're in for. (Not as much as with, say, Dizzy, but hey!)
