plot organization and planning post

This would be the post in which everyone organizes their characters into teams for the quest into the wild places as described here. Feel free to chat amongst yourselves, plan things out, describe what you want to happen to your characters, work out tagging order for threads, etc. The mods and NPCs won't be involved in this one unless you need us specifically to arbitrate something, this is entirely a player-planned event.

We'll have up a log for folks to tag into later today. What happens during the event is up to you, keeping in mind the goal of retrieving the stones and returning to the Gardens with them. Some pointers:

♡ The wild places are constantly changing and shifting as a result of their inherently unstable nature. It is possible for characters to find their way back out again on their own, but they will rarely return to the Gardens in the exact same place and at the exact same time that they left, hence why this log goes on for a few days (that and to give people time OOCly to tag).

♡ Characters don't know exactly what it is they're looking for, but they will have the feeling they've found something important once they've found one of the stones and may deduce that they've found what they went in to look for. Each character in a group should generally have to find their own stone.

♡ The memory-phantoms are still hanging around in the areas nearest the wild places as well as within the wild places themselves, where they are even more numerous than in the Gardens. However, you don't need to have your characters encounter a phantom or phantoms again if you don't want them to.

♡ As indicated, once all the characters involved have come back from the wild places with their stones, the phantoms will cease to appear.

Epsilon would be happy to be on Team Cylon, even though she is not a Cylon. She is also unhappy with the Queen at the moment.

Haha, it's okay, Epsilon, Caprica still likes you even if you are not a Cylon. ♥

Excellent. Let me know if you had any particular thing you wanted to have happen. I am flexible! Epsilon will probably just tell any phantoms gently but firmly that they aren't real to make them disappear.

I miiiiiight have fem!Gaius appear to her if I'm feeling really sadistic, but that means I would have to figure out how to write her, so that may or may not happen. In any case Caprica would definitely be too paralyzed to actually say or do anything, even though she knows none of it is real, so she would appreciate Epsilon being there.

And I wrote up the thread starter here (http://queenoflogs.livejournal.com/24981.html?thread=1439381#t1439381), for whenever you have the time/ability to get back to it! (I see your post about computer issues, so if that ends up being a problem, totally don't worry about having to backtag, I understand. ♥) I just went ahead and implied that they had gotten in contact with each other about it, but if that's not okay let me know and I can edit the tag.

Oh, excellent! If decide you want fem!Gaius to show up, don't hesitate. Epsilon will do her best to calmly deal with any problems that arise. I might have another of the robots from Pluto show up--I just can't bring myself to have one of Epsilon's kids show up; I can't be that mean to her.

My computer seems to be working again, but it was one of those things where I was afraid it would suddenly stop and I wouldn't be able to get online, so I wanted to throw up a message, just in case. I should be able to keep tagging, if a bit slowly.

And that's perfectly fine to assume that they would have already gotten in contact. ♥
